★競賽時間： 2023/11/24 (Fri.) 14:00 (當日集合及繳交簡報時間另行宣布)
★競賽地點：傳統醫學大樓甲棟二樓演講廳
★參加對象：生命科學院大學生、碩士生及博士生

★比賽規則：
1.本活動希望促成不同領域聽眾間之交流，請參賽者以以平易近人的方式，分享自己的研究
2.參賽順序由主辦方抽號決定(將於活動3天前公布)，比賽當日叫號3次未上台者，視同棄權。
3.一律以英文報告。從踏入比賽指定框內，即開始計時，報告時間三分鐘。比賽進行 2 分 30 秒第一次提醒；比賽進行 3 分鐘時第二次提醒，參賽者應立即結束演說。
4.講稿及其他物品於比賽時不得攜帶上台，亦不得手繕小抄或進行其他導致比賽不公之情事。
5.服裝要求：可穿正式服裝或輕便服裝，但請不要穿戴妨礙辨識的服裝或配件(如墨鏡、假髮、面具等)。報告時是否需要戴口罩，將視屆時防疫規定而定。
★報告之投影片：
1.以2至3張為限
2.PPT 檔版面為16:9
3.為尊重他人智慧財產權，請勿使用未經授權之圖片影像製作投影片。
★評分標準：
1.符合本活動之科普精神，以不失專業但又平易近人的話語，向聽眾傳達研究重點
2.口條清晰與台風穩健
3.論文發展可能性與完成性
4.投影片簡潔明確，並能有效輔助簡報進行
5.比序同分時由評審議決，依評審宣布之結果為最終決定。

★Competition Rules：
1. This event aims to facilitate communication between audiences from different fields. Participants are encouraged to share their research in an approachable manner.
2. The order of participation will be determined by the organizers through a random drawing (to be announced three days before the event). Participants who are called three times but do not come to the stage on the day of the competition will be considered forfeited.
3. All presentations must be in English. Timing starts as soon as you enter the designated competition area, and each presentation has a time limit of three minutes. There will be a first reminder at 2 minutes and 30 seconds into the presentation and a second reminder at 3 minutes, at which point participants should immediately conclude their speech.
4. During the competition, participants are not allowed to bring scripts， handwrite notes or other items to the stage, And Don’t do any other activities that may lead to unfairness in the competition.
5. Clothing requirements：You can wear formal attire or casual clothing, but please avoid wearing clothing or accessories that hinder identification (such as sunglasses, wigs, masks, etc.).
6. Presentation slides：
(1) Limited to 2 to 3 slides.
(2) The layout of the PPT is in 16:9.
(3) To respect the intellectual property of others, please don’t use unauthorized images or visuals in your presentation slides
7. When tie, the judges will make the decision, and the outcome announced by the judges will be the final determination.

1.In line with the popular science spirit, convey the key points of the research to the audience with a balance of professionalism and approachability.
2. Clear and confident speech.
3. The potential and feasibility of thesis development.
4. Clear and concise slides that effectively support the presentation.
★Awards and prizes： The Organizer reserves the right to modify awards and prizes before the competition.

★During the competition,we will capture video footage and take photographs throughout the event. After the competition concludes, edited competition photos or videos will be made publicly available on the college’s website, college publications, cloud storage, or college-related social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for promotional, showcasing, and other related purpose.
★Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event. If there are any matters not covered by these rules, Organizer may amend and supplement them, and notify in advance.
★The English translation is for reference only. The Chinese version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions.
